Julia's room
We put finishing touches on Julia's room this weekend and took picture to put in Julia's coming home picture book.
After we received our Pre-Approval from China, we put together a small picture book with family pictures as well as pictures of our house, the back garden, and the pets. We didn't includes pictures of her room because it really wasn't ready yet. I thought that on the plane home, we'd show her what her room looks like.
We also printed out pictures of kids that we know who Julia will be meeting in the next months and pictures of her grandmas and grandpas. 
I had a lot of fun painting Julia's room. The ceiling and corners are blue and lilac wavy rectangles are painted on each wall.
Lots of painted pastels in the room but generally it is sweet and calm. As Julia gets comfortable at home, we will fill in the rectangles as if they are bit quilts on the walls.
On the other hand, Julia may want something completely different.
